a) What is a Loyalty Points Program and how do I get one?
The Loyalty Points Program is the one of the most generous advantage program around. Earning one(1) point for every RM20 that you spend, and with each point worth RM1 when spent on products in store, you’ll be treating yourself in no time. Plus, there are so many more benefits to having a Loyalty Points Program.
All you need to do is make a purchase and you’re automatically entitled to our Loyalty Points Program! So what are you waiting for?
b) How do I collect points with my Loyalty Points Program?
Once you’ve signed up to the Loyalty Points Program scheme, you can start collecting points on everything you buy. Yes, including sale and clearance items! Make sure that you have signed up and have an account with us to enjoy collecting your points. Your points earned from each purchase will be instantly added to your account!
c) How do I spend my points?
You can spend your points any time on everything in store and get that wonderful “I’ve paid with my points feeling”. When you get to the checkout page, just click on know you would like to pay with points and let her know of your IC no. You’ll need the full amount of points for the product you choose. The total price in points will then be taken from your Loyalty Points Program. Here is another pair of good news from us: there are no expiry dates! You can have your points accumulated and collect a pair of shoe from us—FREE!
d) How do I check my points balance?
You can do this by logging into your account and it will appear on the dashboard of your account.

a) With ATM/Online transfers you will need to send us a screenshot/photo of your receipt. It’s easy peasy!
b) Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details of payment as above.
c) We have a 24-hour payment policy. Please make your payment within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
d) Buyers who go missing after confirming order will be blacklisted from the site. We appreciate it if you let us know that you have decided to back out of your order ASAP!
3. SHIPPING & HANDLING
a) We offer Free Poslaju Delivery for all orders within Malaysia!
b) Delivery is via PosLaju and will take 2 to 3 working days to reach you (minus Weekends and Public holidays)
c) Transit time is an estimate, and does not include weekends or public holidays.
d) All delivery is trackable so you do not have to worry about lost-in-mail scenarios.
a) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full exchange or refund* within FOUR (4) days of receipt. Please ensure that you have your receipt and Poslaju copy as proof of purchase.
b) You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possesion. when we say “reasonable”, we mean:
i) Please don’t try on products wearing strong perfume, wet nail varnish or a deodorant/powder that may leave a scent or marks.
ii) Shoes musn’t be worn outside and there must be no scuffing to appear on the sole.
iii) The original packaging must be retained.
iv) Sale items are strictly NOT applicable for return & exchanges.
If you do not take reasonable care of the products before returning to us, we may not proceed with the return.
c) Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. You will also be provided with an order credit in the form of points (valid for 90 days) or an exchange, if applicable. We do not provide CASH REFUND.
d) Do note that points / discount codes are not refundable once they have been used. They will not be credited back on exchange/returns.
e) We will also not credit points back for entirely offsetted orders previously used for exchanges
(e.g. we will not provide consecutive exchanges for a given order.) Points will only be credited back under special circumstances (case by case basis).
f) All return parcels are required to be posted by registered mail.
5. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Drop us a mail at email@example.com where we will process the return and issue you with the return form. Depending on the case/situation, we may provide a one-to-one exchange,
exchange with another item of your choice or an order credit on a case by case basis.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
a) We only allow payment via PAYPAL for our overseas customers.
b) Please note that there will be a 5% PayPal transaction fee which is automatically computed into the final price.
